AN ATTACK IN GERMANY KILLS 3 PEOPLE IN A FESTIVAL
By Medha Jain
An anonymous attack killed three people while wounding five people seriously in a German city. The attack happened on Friday night, the 23rd of August.
The attacker used a knife on the central square. The police said the attacker was on the run, and there was very little information about him. They believed the attacker was a single person.
"No one knows why the attack happened," said Herbert Reul, the interior minister of North Rhine-Westphalia state. Mayor Tim Kurzbach noted, "We wanted to celebrate our city's anniversary together. I am heartbroken that the attack happened. We all are shocked about this attack."
One of the festival organizers, Philipp Müller, came on stage and asked everyone to go calmly. "Please keep your eyes open because the perpetrator hasn't been detected." A helicopter was seen in the air, police and emergency cars with blue lights were on the road, and many streets were closed.
ALEJANDRO GARNACHO, A MANCHESTER UNITED FORWARD, HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME A WORLD-CLASS PLAYER
By Raghav Jain
If he keeps working hard, Manchester United forward Alejandro Garnacho has the potential to become a world-class player—past Saturday's Premier League trip to Brighton & Hove Albion F.C., said Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag.
In their 1-0 league opener triumph against Fulham, Garnacho assisted United forward Joshua Zirkee's debut goal. In the Community Shield against Manchester City, he also scored, which United lost on penalties.
Ten Hag informed reporters, "To make that leap to being a world-class player, he has a long way to go. It starts with hard work. That will bring him to being a world-class player, and it has brought him to where he is now because I agree he has the potential."
"I think every team at the top requires a player with the X factor. Garancho has it in him to become that player. You have to do it consistently if you desire to be that player (world-class), and he has increased prospect, 100%."
